HOW IT WORKS, STEP-BY-STEP
Autolyse
Flour and water are kneaded and left to rest undisturbed before adding yeast and salt.
This resting unlocks several benefits - better taste, mild sweetness and aroma.
Preferment
We use fermented wheat flour to make our bread have shelf life naturally.
By not by adding chemicals we ensure our breads taste natural.
Artificial ingredients free
